Technological Process
- Mold Design & Fabrication: Optimize structure based on vehicle data and manufacture large high-strength injection molds to ensure product dimensions and assembly accuracy.
- Material Preparation & Modification: Select automotive-grade PP raw materials, add modifiers according to the formula, and dry them to avoid injection molding defects.
- Large-Scale Precision Injection Molding: Melt materials at high temperature, inject into molds under high pressure, and form the bumper main body in one piece after long pressure holding and cooling.
- Deburring & Trimming: Remove gates and burrs, and finely trim edges, mounting holes and buckle structures to ensure assembly compatibility.
- Surface Treatment (Optional): Conduct custom processing such as painting, texture transfer and polishing as required.
- Full Inspection & Delivery: Inspect product dimensions, appearance, strength and assembly compatibility, then pack and deliver qualified products.
