We are a direct local CNC machining factory in Dongguan, equipped with a full set of high-precision in-house processing and testing equipment. Our workshop covers over 10,000 square meters, equipped with 13 high-precision CNC machining centers, 4 EDM machines, and professional precision testing devices including CMM, 2.5D projector and roughness meters. We support 0.01mm ultra-precision machining for prototype development, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production, serving automotive, new energy, medical, aerospace and high-end 3C industries.

As a manufacturer with complete in-house production and testing capabilities, we know stable quality is the core of long-term cooperation for overseas buyers. No middleman, no outsourcing. All processing, inspection and quality control are finished in our own workshop. To ensure every batch of parts meets your strict tolerance, surface finish and assembly standards, we implement a strict full-process factory quality control system for all orders.

01 Pre-production Check | Avoid Problems Before Starting

Before running any order, our workshop engineers check your drawings, tolerances and material requirements one by one. We evaluate difficult structures to prevent deformation, tool collision and processing errors. Raw materials are checked on arrival. Machines, fixtures and cutters are calibrated before every production run. All preparation work is done on-site to eliminate basic quality risks.

02 In-production Control | First Article Confirm + Full-time Inspection

Every batch requires 100% first article inspection. We test all dimensions, tolerances and surface finishes strictly. Only after the first piece is fully qualified can we start mass production. During processing, our on-site QC keeps checking parts regularly. We monitor tool wear, cutting stability and machine status in real time. We adjust parameters immediately once we find tiny deviations, to ensure no batch errors, no size drift, and no uneven surface texture.

03 Final Factory Inspection | No Defective Parts Shipped

After deburring and cleaning, every finished part goes through full manual and instrument inspection. With calipers, micrometers, roughness testers and CMM equipment, we check all key sizes, geometric tolerances and surface quality. We follow your drawing requirements strictly. Scratches, burrs, out-of-tolerance and deformed parts will all be rejected. Only qualified factory-tested parts can be packaged and delivered.

04 Batch Record & Traceability | Stable Mass Production

We keep complete production and inspection records for every order. All batch data, processing parameters and QC reports are archived in our factory system. If you have repeat orders, we can fully replicate the previous qualified production standards. It ensures consistent quality for long-term bulk cooperation.
