Engineers review your 3D files, perform DFM analysis if needed, and create detailed process plans.
Mold designers create molds using high-precision tooling; rapid or production molds are fabricated accordingly.
Initial molding trials are conducted; photos/videos are sent for your confirmation.
Once validated, full production begins using selected materials and molds.
Parts undergo finishing, such as trimming, painting, or screen printing, followed by 100% inspection.
Finished parts are carefully packaged and shipped through our global logistics network.
The Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI) defines surface finish standards for aesthetic quality. Each SPI grade corresponds to a specific average surface roughness (Ra, in µm) and polishing method.
A – High Gloss / Optical Transparency
High-gloss finishes, ideal for visually appealing or mirror-like surfaces, often used for transparent or polished opaque parts. Requires diamond paste polishing.
