Technological Process

- Material Preparation & Drying: Select qualified PP raw materials and dry them to avoid injection molding defects.
- Precision Injection Molding: Melt materials at high temperature, inject into molds under high pressure, and form the main body of the turnover box in one piece.
- Deburring & Trimming: Remove gates and burrs, and finely trim edges and slots to ensure stacking and assembly accuracy.
- Surface Treatment (Optional): Conduct custom processing such as silk-screen logo and marking spraying as required.
