Technological Process
- Mold Design & Fabrication: Optimize structures based on drawings or samples and manufacture high-precision steel molds to ensure cavity accuracy.
- Material Preparation & Drying: Dry ABS raw materials to prevent defects such as air bubbles and silver streaks.
- Precision Injection Molding: Melt materials at high temperature, inject into molds under high pressure, and form integrated products after pressure holding and cooling.
- Deburring & Trimming: Remove gates and burrs, and finely trim edges and holes to ensure assembly accuracy.
- Surface Treatment (Optional): Perform frosting, spraying, silk-screen printing and other processing as required.
- Full Inspection & Delivery: Inspect product dimensions, appearance and structure, then pack and deliver qualified products.
